A brilliant morning at our latest Henigan Academy, joined by Paralympian, psychologist and performance expert Darren Harris at the historic North Wing of St Bartholomew’s Hospital.

Darren shared fascinating insights into what happens to our abilities and decision-making when the pressure is on. 

Drawing on more than two decades in high-performance sport and England's most-capped blind football player of all time. He shared practical techniques for staying composed, making better decisions and recovering quickly when things do not go to plan.
