The Performance Playbook Podcast

Steve combines lessons from workplace transformation, leadership and endurance sport through the Henigan Performance Playbook, helping leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, accelerate change and build sustainable high performance.

Many of the ideas explored through the Henigan Performance Playbook originate from real experiences in high-performance environments.

Steve shares insights, training, challenges and reflections from endurance sport through his personal social media channels, alongside updates on future swimming projects including the 2027 Henigan Industry Relay and Performance Playbook Podcast.

About the host:

Professionally, Steve has advised global organisations on workplace strategy, organisational change and culture, helping leadership teams create the conditions where people and businesses can perform at their best.

He has also worked with elite sports organisations including Saracens RFC and the London Lions basketball team, exploring how the principles of elite performance can be translated into business.

This work led to Steve receiving a CoreNet Luminary Award for his contribution to advancing workplace thinking through lessons from sport and being recognised as the London Chamber of Commerce 2025 business person of the year.
